Found this on Twitter- it’s always nice to get those “we love you” type of messages. Thank you to Columbian Southern. On with the celebration! I found this during my normal Twitter perusal time- It appears the Coast Guard was taking care of business… but I couldn’t find an associated press release. Twitter user Zayda10 (a.k.a. Julie Mitchell) is the one who posted this. If anyone could shed some light on it that would be great. You’re well aware that the Coast Guard uses social media outlets (i.e. Twitter) to push its news and at time converse with the public. But how many other government entities have similar accounts? Well, I don’t know either, but, if you ever want to see what the U.S. Government is doing at any given moment [...] Once again Scuttlebutt brings us a funny, yet real, look into the Coast Guard. This could definitely be placed on the WTF shelf as it’s kind of weird and cryptic at the same time. Found via my daily search of Twitter on the happenings of the Coast Guard I stumbled upon this “Tweet.” To tell you the truth, I kind of got angry reading it.
