So I am literally sitting on a plane right now (in flight wifi for the win!) heading to Washington state for Pacific Unity 2009, which is part of the efforts of the North Pacific Coast Guard forum. Since I am on my way there it seemed like doing up a post talking about the forum [...] Fox News just broke that a “senior U.S. official” has confirmed the U.S. is tracking a North Korean vessel named “Kang Nam”. The vessel left a North Korean port on Wednesday, and is suspected of transporting “weaponry, missile parts or nuclear materials”.
