That is an absolutely wonderful and extremely touching story. I choked up a bit, and I don't even know OSC Mendez or the soon-to-be Mrs. Mendez. I just remember when Dave proposed to me. We were surrounded by friends and I had no idea that he had planned anything, until he got down on his knee. This is a great story and a memory I know they will both cherish.
